PR agency Franklin Rae has been sold by James Grant Group to Tessa Laws, founder of media law firm newlawslegal for an undisclosed sum.

Sadie Groom, managing director of Bubble & Squeak and Silver Lining Communications has been announced as Managing Director, adding to her current roles. Franklin Rae founder Jill Franklin will sit on the board alongside Jonathan Jackson, former Group Managing Director of DRG, the UK's largest independent TV distribution company, and Steve Leach formerly of Big Mouth Media.
